What are your opening hours?
You can place an order on our website 24hours a day. But if you’d like to talk to us our phone line is open, Mon-Sat 9:30am – 5:30pm. Sun 10:30am – 4:30pm.
How do I use my promotional Code?
Simply enter your promotional code into the white box below the product list on the checkout page and click Apply Coupon. You can only use one coupon at a time.
I don’t have a PayPal account how do I pay for my order?
You can still pay via Debit or Credit Card through paypal. Just follow the instructions at the checkout.
What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?
If you haven’t received your delivery, but have been sent a dispatched email. Please get in touch by calling 01926 257 576 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. All deliveries are tracked so we will be able to resolve this problem for you quickly.
What do I do if i’m not in when my order is delivered?
We will call or email with a delivery time for all large items, such as furniture. All smaller items will be delivered by ACP Next Day Couriers. Please keep an eye out for a calling card telling you want to do next. Deliveries will be taken to a local Depot ready for collection or you will be able to re-arrange delivery.
